Bemused

So I *finally* got a call from that company I'd been waiting to hear back from. The woman I spoke to was very nice about everything saying that it had come down to myself and someone else, but that they had chosen to go with the other person because they had more experience. Clearly that is the rational choice but give me a break people!!! That is such an easy out. These days a lot of graduates can't get a job because they don't have any experience and we can't get the experience because NO ONE WILL GIVE US JOBS!!! Anyway the woman was nice and said that they would like to keep my resume on file because "you know how things go". Aw gee ma'am that's super swell, yet another organization that has my resume rotting away in some filing cabinet; how did I ever get to be so lucky!?!?

AARRRGHHHH!!!!! Frogive me folks, I'm so incredibly frustrated. This was definitely not what I had wanted going into my birthday weekend. How's that for a present, eh? And yes I did just say EH! I am from Canada after all, isn't that the stereotype I should fit into?? Sorry, seems that sarcasm is my friend today. I hope that April turns out to be a better month for me, I'm so liable to completely lose it on the next dumbass customer at work who asks me where they can get a catalogue/where the restaurant is/why we take postal codes/in other words ANYTHING!
