Bemused

Ok so today started off pretty slowly. This morning it was overcast and grey, what a great day to have off eh? Every now and then the blue sky and a little bit of sun managed to peak out from behind the clouds. Unfortunately that never lasted very long.

Miss Wonderful got off work early today too so we headed out to get some food. Had some random conversations, like discussing our different interpretations of the word intimidating. Really wish I hadn't brought that up lol, hours later she was still talking about it. Anyway after lunch we continued our afternoon by what else window shopping!! At which point it did start to rain on us, and I freaked when I was getting rain in my ear. Diagonal rain is horrible!! More randomness, best quote of the day (by moi of course) "I got swimmers ear walking through the parking lot!!"

When I finally got home and finished up some stuff I'd been putting off I looked outside and saw a pretty good photo op. The sun was setting and you could actually see it reflecting off the rain on the window. I thought that it looked pretty neat so of course: take a picture *CLICK*!! Haha, and Miss Wonderful I still say that pictures by me are much better than pictures of me :P.

And after all that fun, I've resolved to doing some laundry so that I actually have something to wear on my trip. Granted we are going to a tropical destination (it was 41 degrees there today, yay!) but I don't intend to walk around completely naked maybe partially but never completely. Hmmm that would mean no tan lines but it might mean a rather awkward sunburn, ouchy!!

Ok that's enough of that, I've got to get my laundry out of the dryer. I lead such a glamourous life lol.
